The Apple Theory

My Apple Theory is a modified approach to the Four Burners Theory

In my view the four items creating the life balance are:

  1. Your family.
  2. Your friends.
  3. Your self
  4. Your work.

The idea is to balance them evenly where each of them respond to 25% of the apple. That kind of balanced approach gives the mind stability between the participating factors. For sure during the the life span the relation between the factors will change, with some of them not being present or replaced by other factors. However in a ideal world harmony between all of them shall make us to feel better.
